Daniel Turner serves as the GIS developer at Clancy Environmental Consultants, Inc., Honolulu. He specializes in GIS-based spatial analysis and object-oriented software development. His GIS experience includes data mining and statistical analysis for the Cities of Dallas and New Orleans, as well as development of web applications for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He also has 5 years of experience as a software consultant, including long-term software development projects for the semiconductor manufacturer Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and two telecom companies, Nortel and Bell Atlantic.

Being back in Honolulu allows Daniel to indulge his amateur interests in Oceanic history and culture.
