Eunice Summers is the database architect, administrator, and web developer for Clancy Environmental Consulting, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has 20 years of experience in application development utilizing system life cycle (requirement gathering and analysis, system architecture, design, development, testing, documentation). Her expertise is in relational database design and modeling, and database programming, specifically within the MS SQL and Oracle environment.

Ms. Summers has worked for several IT consulting firms as database programmer, systems architect, technical lead, and project lead. While working for a large IT consulting firm, she played a major role in the design and development of a BOM (bill of material) system for a U.S. auto maker. She also designed and developed a database and database objects for a large auto part manufacturer for tracking engineering design specifications and revisions.

Ms. Summers has extensive web programming experience in ASP, Java Script, and VB Script. Currently, she is developing her expertise in ASP.NET in C# utilizing MS Visual Studio. Among the various toolsets with which Ms. Summers has skills, she has hands-on experience with Crystal Report and tools from MS SQL and Oracle.

Ms. Summers is a certified Microsoft SQL Server Developer.
