CEC provides a wide range of support to clients confronting environmental-related litigation. Because environmental legal issues are often complex, blending science and technology with laws and regulations, CEC staff can assist clients in interpreting regulations and developing quantitative evidence in support of a technical position, while communicating this information to non-technical audiences. Litigation support may also include background research on a specific topic, assisting in the preparation of material for permits or lawsuits, or providing expert testimony.
